Jun 20, 2006 Bottle. Clear, radiant golden pour with an eggshell head. Smells sweet and malty. Tastes sweet, quite malty, and nicely warms from the alcohol. Has the vinous qualities of a bock (mostly mouthfeel) but without the grape. Maybe some white grape. Hoppy bitterness is restrained, and a nice tang in the finish. Good bock!

Nov 29, 2005 (bottle) Clear golden colour with a fluffy white head. Sweet and worty malty aroma with herbal hops. Sweet malty flavour and taste with caramel, quite smooth mouthfeel, sweet malty lasting finish with a light bitter herbal hoppy note. Okay.
