Very impressed with the all around flavor of this beer. Appearance could be better, but the taste is what counts.

Nice clear golden colour, with slim white head. Sweet malty aroma. Sweet malty taste, with fruits (pear), caramel, honey and a light bitter finish. Low carbonation, nice creamy mouthfeel, yet it is surprisingly light and drinkable. IMO a superior bock.

One very good beer...not seasonal, which is good! I am very impressed by the consistantcy of the beer; every batch is the same. A good traditional Bock

Draft - A great Bock beer with crisp malt flavor and a slightly bitter finish. A semi sweet brady aroma with a pale yellow body. Big white head.

On tap (and a rare find at that.) Beautiful blonde color with a small, creamy white head. Aroma is of sweet malts, honey and pine with nice fading lacing. Tastes of sweet, thick, chewy malts. Some aspects of vanilla and cedar. Sweet caramel and sugar cookie flavoring. Well-balanced. Slight alcohol twinge in the finish. Good, solid bock.

Frankly not one of the best among the Bavarian wheat beers. I’ve been a bit disapointed when I had a bottle of this beer. The palate is quite ordinary and I would say ’pale’. Better drink Hacker-Pschorr Weissbier Clear.

A pleasant but uninspiring Bock.To me it seems like a beer that has been put together by a committee-nothing too inspiring that might offend any one.Well balanced and not very interesting.
