Aug 15, 2008 Bottled 50cl. It pours a beautiful light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is amazing - huge amounts of lemongrass and gooseberries showing up. Unique and deeply pleasant. The taste is sweet malty with gooseberries , lemongrass, lime, wild strawberries and lemon sneaking in. Wonderfully fruity, citrusy. Amazing. Very lightly peppery. Medium bodied. Low bitterness. A bit sour. Nicely balanced. Nice lacework. Remarkably dry finish with a hint of gooseberries and hops. An amazing beer in my opinion.

Aug 7, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Mild hoppy aroma. Flavour is slight cardboardish and mild sweet cornish. Light spiced and bitter too. Ends medium dry and bitter - yet with a persisting cardboard note.

Jul 26, 2008 Big bright shiny white lasting head. Light golden body. Clean malty peppery apple aroma with grassy floral hop notes. Dry-sweet grassy apple and pepper taste with floral notes. Quite full-bodied. Clean and fresh. Mild, smooth mouthfeel, slight watery. Dry papery malty peppery grassy aftertaste. Very nice. (0.5l bottle, Rewe supermarket, München.)

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle, 5.0%. faint hay aroma. Clear golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite mild, some hay, a little citrus. Gets a little acidic, perhaps even rubbery, towards the finish. Low bitterness.

Jul 14, 2008 My notes got hard to read here but I seemed to think this was a decent brew.. damn liters really make rating hard after about 1....
Well carb palate, big white head over the side. Lots of bananna hint of pepper and clove, sweet caramels in both aroma and flavor. Nice, much better than the hacker stuff I see in the states.
