Presentation: It was poured from a brown 355ml bottle with a produced on date of 03/08. I sampled this beer on 05/23/09. Also I sampled the imported version Munich Gold. Appearance: Its body has a beautiful bright golden color with lots of visible carbonation and good clarity except for some tiny, light tan (probably yeast) floaters. On top there is a bright white sudsy head. It quickly fades out and makes only minimal lacing. Smell: The aroma has light grainy malt with a very slight hint of citrus and some floral hop notes. Taste/Mouth: The flavor has a crisp pale malt base with mild bittering hops that add some mild floral notes. The finish is very clean with just the slightest bitterness from the hops in the after taste. On the palate the active carbonation tickles the tongue and its light to medium body slides down easily. Notes: Over all a nice refreshing beer. I know this Lager was a little bit on the old side and I thick that’s why I got the small particles. However the flavor was bright and crisp with no off flavors.

(500ml bottle) Purchased at BC Liquor Store in Fairfield Plaza, Victoria, B.C. For some reason this beer is mixed with the regular Helles and shared a SKU in the BCLS computer system. Pours a gold, highly carbonated body beneath a medium, foamy white head. Nose is bready. Very smooth, good toasty malt with some citrus mid-palate. Above average but not a style I gravitate towards. 7/4/6/3/13

Plae clear gold with a small silky white head. Sweetly grassy hop and clean malt aroma. Full-on solid malty lager body which relies much on a balanced sweetness and has minty, kemony hops, bittering hops keep the sweetness on keel. Finishes lightly dry. Be great with smoked or Nurnburger Würst. Damn I’m getting hungry now.

Pours clear gold with short lived head. Smell is moderately hopped with a grassy note, and light malt. Taste is balanced with a crisp bitterness, some yeastiness and light malt. More specifically, biscuit, hay, yeast, grass.. Solid and is nicely drinkable.

Crisp with a slight grape juice flavor at the end. This beer is no fun and pretty much a waste of time. Bottle at Abraxas Lounge, Miami Beach.

50cl bottle @ Munich. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head and lacings. Dry hayish and buiscuit malty. Medium bodied. Ends dry and crisp. Fine and tasty .

A clear and light gold beneath a thin, almost not there head. Pleasing aroma of grass and hop. Taste was sweeter than I’d expected (don’t know why I was thinking that), but pleasing enough. Mouthfeel was rich and smooth. Finish had a bit of hop "bite". A decent beer.
