A pale brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet alcoholic combined with notes of caramel and light notes of berries. The flavor is sweet caramelic and malty combined with notes of alcohol and wood, leading to a dry end.

Tap, Der Pschorr. Translucent cherry-sapphire-copper in color with a booming tan sponge overlay creating a one-inch tall head. Delicious chocolate aroma sensations pull at mocha fudge brownies, mild malted chocolate balls and chocolate candy shells, along with a touch of anise amidst nutella to impart a signature smell of wholesome whole wheat. Cold, mild mannered chocolate flavor. Some cocoa soaked bran and the frothy top off of hot chocolate. Crisp, buttery mocha beans join a flavor akin to light, sink-your-teeth on arid tops of tiramisu and a corresponding, substantial chocolate tort layer underneath. Medium-bodied, crisp, but sly liquidity with a little fudgey underlay curling at the tongue’s crest post sip. Soft cocoa pitter-patter flip-flops with muted nutella and toffee accents.
