Jun 21, 2009 500ml bottle from Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. Gold. Light, easy drinking lager. Bit of sting on the finish. Decent helles, with some good lemon on the finish that I could still taste in my mouth 10 minutes later waiting for my bus. Really quaffable.

Jun 2, 2009 bottle - yellow golden beer with a white head quickly disappearing. Aroma has some hay. Flavour is a little bit watery. Very light, not much bitterness but refreshing.

May 8, 2009 Bottle, 50cl. Pours a clear, lightyellow beer with a white head. The aroma is hops (hay). The flavor is also hops (hay and barnyard). The palate is bitter. An average beer.

Apr 28, 2009 Bottle, bought @ Ambrosetti, Berlin.
Clear golden with a small, fizzy, frothy, white head. Lots of clear, big bubbles in the liquid. Aroma has lots of grain and grass with a slight vegetable edge to it. Medium carbonation, impressive creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, good bready malts and corn-like sugars mixed with a dose of grassy hops. But this is still average; especially for Hacker-Pschorr.

Yellow color, small white head. Slightly buttery, vegetably-grassy aroma. Quite light body and watery palate. Grainy-malty, slightly buttery, green grass hoppy flavor. Lower bitterness than expected. Uninspiring work.

Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, vegetable, celery, fruity - malt acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light fruit - malt acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
