| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Aug 15, 2008 Bottled 50cl. It pours a beautiful light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is amazing - huge amounts of lemongrass and gooseberries showing up. Unique and deeply pleasant. The taste is sweet malty with gooseberries , lemongrass, lime, wild strawberries and lemon sneaking in. Wonderfully fruity, citrusy. Amazing. Very lightly peppery. Medium bodied. Low bitterness. A bit sour. Nicely balanced. Nice lacework. Remarkably dry finish with a hint of gooseberries and hops. An amazing beer in my opinion. yespr (12135), Copenhagen O, Denmark
