12 ounce bottle. Pours a nice golden color with quite a bit of carbonation and almost no head. The aroma was hoppy with some sweet accents. It smelled a bit skunky. Tasted bitter and hoppy. This beer was fairly refreshing but that was about it’s only saving grace. A very sub-par brew.

(50 cl bottle at Haket, Göteborg)
Clear golden color, big fluffy white head. Malty almost acidic scent. Sweet malty and a bit grainy taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

A golden hell. Head was lower than expected. Hoppy nose, with strong yeast smell. Arrives with flat, bitter hops and subdued malt. There is straw in here somewhere, as well as plain yogurt on the finish. Feels rough in the mouth.

on-tap at Abbot on the Hill. Big whitish soap bubbles, fairly light colour. A malty strong bitterness, though obviously not high IBU. Palate cleaner bitterness that stays with you into the stronger ABV drinks to follow. Appropriate carbonation.

Bottle at hotel during Oktoberfest. Orange colour and light. Not much head. Bitter, citrus and tangy flavours. Nice finish. Fair.

500ml fliptop bottle. Poured light yellow with a full but small white head. Aroma of hops, some malt and grass. Much the same in the taste leading to a mildly bitter finish. Clean and unoffensive but boring.

Bottle. Not a bad lager. Pale gold with a decent white head that left plenty of lacing. Aroma of grain, hay and a touch of grassy hops. Flavour of sweet malt with a decent bitter finish. Ok.

Bevuta alla spina al Kapuziner di Arquata; helles piuttosto convenzionale, noiosa, corpo acquoso, frizzantezza elevata, retrogusto amaro per lo stile.
