| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 2, 2007 Maß at the Hacker festzelt on our final day, 9-30-07. A touch darker and hoppier than the others at the fest. They all had descent maltiness, but in the end they are really just sweet light lagers that are good for drinking huge amounts of in a crazy tent. The Hacker tent was amazing, thus a high overall rating, but if it werent for the actual Oktoberfest experience, all the beers would get about a .5 point lower rating. Light grain and hop aroma. Straightforward flavor with some hops and malt. Easy drinking but did nothing for me after drinking a couple Paulaner Ocktoberfest beers. Decent. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Slightly malty but understated, not as heavy as expected. Reasonably hopped, better than other Bavarians Festbeirs. Good but not spectacular. A little bit watery on the feel but not on the taste. aerosol999 (113), Quebec, Canada

Appearance: Orange copper gold Little to no head formation
Flavour: Toasty nuty and biscuity. Clean no esters but a light oxidized charater. Good assertive bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with prickly carbonation
Overall: Light flavour, toasty, nutty, biscuity Munich malt and Pils character. Toastiness is excellent but the mineral charater is too intense. Finishes dry

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 15, 2007 Poured a dark golden hue with a head of foamy ivory that quickly dissapeared. The nose was of toasted malt and a floral/fruity hoppiness. The tatse starts with sweet malts, dark breads and some hints of toffee. Mild to medium bitters come next offsetting the malts. Tastes sweet, bitter, dry, malty and hoppy all at once. The finish was nutty, smooth and mildly bitter. The feel was moderate due to medium to low carbonation. This was a great session beer, and would do just as well in a large stein. A smooth, simple, malty beer, that’s great anytime. Sammy (4003), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
