Hacker-Pschorr Sternweisse

An unclear orange with a white head. Both the flavor and aroma are primarily malthy.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, dark amber golden with a dense, beige head. Aroma of banana and yeast. Medium body with a very soft mouthfeel. Flavours are caramel, overripe fruit and an almost sherry like edge. Quite pleasant. 261106

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge off-white towards light tan head. Aroma is orange fruity with a mild banana fruity ester accent - unusual. Malty base flavour with a more classic banana estery flavour on top. Light wheaty flavour into the finish. Medium sweet finish.

Bottle. Cloudy orange with a thick and creamy white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, cloves and banana. Similar for the taste.

Bottled. Hazy golden orange colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, malts and slight fruityness. Also lots of banana. Flavour is bananas, some spices and grassy. An alternative hefe-weizen as for the big spicyness.

Bottle. Aroma has hint of banana. Cloudy caramel colour, small white head. Quite malty/diacetyl flavour. Some overripe banana. Quite flavourful for a wheat beer.

Bottled. Cloudy amber coloured with an off white head. Aroma of fruits especially bananas. Flavour of grain and bananas with fruity and spicy notes.

500ml bottle from GBBF. Murky cloudy muddy orange brown. Thick beige head. Very carbonated. Banana and malt aroma. Just the right cereal, banana, toffee balance in mouth. Tingling tongue finish. I quite like it, but i guess it is reasonably bland.
