Bottled 50cl. It pours a hazy orange beer with a white head. Aroma of malt and yeast. Decently spicy and rather metallic. Banana. Lots of cloves in the taste, pretty grainy and malty. Bubblegum-like features. The finish is vinous and dry. Good.

500ml stopper-corked bottle. Thick, unfiltered orange-brown color, more like a Dunkelweizen. Nice foamy head. Sweet dark malt and the Hefe-yeast balance each other out quite well, making a very enjoyable beverage. Quite mellow, with no alcohol flavors and bare minimum hops. Masterful malt and yeast flavors. I would love to have this fresh in Munich.

Bottle. Cloudy amber with a medium sized, dense head. Banana, cloves, little creamy both in flavor and texture. A gentle and highly drinkable weizen.

50 cl. bottle. Hazy copper brown pour with a head that is only medium in size be hefe standards, and settles disappointingly quickly. Nice yeasty aroma of bread followed by some clove and fruity esters. LIght to medium body, brightly effervescent, and an easy drinking smoothness that leaves a clean palate. Nice balance between the light malty sweetness and wheaty tartness. Finish with only the slightest hint of bitterness, but combined with the tartness, results in a dry finish. I thought this was pretty decent.

500 ml flip top bottle. Pours a cloudy amber brown with a small but dense white head. The aroma is moderately sweet wheat, pale malt, light fruit, and a hint of cloves. The flavor has pale malt, yeast, banana, light spice, and a touch of citrus. A slight amount of bitterness in the finish. Fairly easy to drink, sessionable.
