Pours a dark amber color, slightly cloudy, with a thick white head that sticks around and good lacing. Has the usual citrus, banana and bubble-gum flavors of a Hefe. Darker than many Hefe’s. Very enjoyable

Haha, I’ve had this. I bought it at a grocery store in Munich with a flip-top. It was a good Hefeweizen but i’m not sure it was any different than their normal one. Lots of banana and bubblegum. The label made this look cool. I wish the description meant something.

0,5 l flip-top bottle. Bought in november in Germany, forgot, than i’ve found it yesterday. Best before 0907. Delicious appearance with a hazy opalescent, brownish body, nice creamy and lacing tan head. Fine aroma of honey and spicies like cinnamon, clove, some toasty caramel, fruity banana. Medium bodied but smooth mouthfeel, fruity character with banana and citrus, light toasted caramel, clove and cinnamon again with a lively carbonation. Good fruity-spicy aftertaste. Nice after all the months in bad conditions...

Bottled. Dark amber/brown colour with a big, frothy head. Aroma is mostly banana and cloves. Taste is dominated by banana and spiciness. Also, yeasty and slightly caramelly. Mediumbodied and a generally good mouthfeel. This weizen is flawless and nice, but a bit boring and nothing special. Still, a good naturtrübes weizen. Thanks to joss for this one.

Bottle. Very strong smell of banana, bread and a little bit of yeast. Big foamy white head, cloudy dark orange body. Light sweet start, short duration. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Not really something remarkable...
