Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours hazy orangy brown body, head is snowy white, frothy, pillowy, initially big but not huge, slowly decreasing to minimal, there is some faint lacing, carbonation of the body is weak, natural.
Aroma: Very intensive, natural, mellow, yeasty and fruity, interesting and inviting banana spiced with clove, some notes of brown sugar, vanilla, carrot juice, raspberry, pleasant, well balanced and rounded.
Flavour: Interesting full, mature taste of hefe - weizen, well pronounced clove, banana, fat wheat malt, orange - grapefruit notes and some notes of gentle toastyness mixed with yeastyness, very firmly defined in its style boundaries, quite huge beer with higher alcohol percentage.
Palate: Body is medium to full, texture is smooth, pleasant, carbonation on palate is medium, finish feel is yeasty with fruit easters of banana, herbal accents of clove and whipped cream.

Poured from the 500 ml flip-top to a cloudy burnt orange with thin off-white head and okay lacing. Aroma was a nice blend of wheat bread, cookie dough clove and a hint of apples. Unfrotunately, the nose was the hiogh point for me. Mouthfeel was thin and somewhat watery, the taste was only a hint of the flavors found in the nose, and the finish short and a tad metallic. Nice touch with the bottle, but the beer was only so-so.

Bottle from tytoanderso, thanks Ty! Poured a lightly cloudy orange-yellow color with a 2 inch thick, dense off-white head that slowly faded to a thick layer and left a couple spots of lacing. Consistent hefe aroma with hints of wheat, some spice (specifically clove), fruit (banana and orange), and a bit of doughy yeast. Lightly sweet, fruity entry with some hints of orange flesh that leads into a wheaty, lightly yeasty middle with some hints of banana and some clove spice that lingering into the lightly dry finish. Moderate carbonation and slightly thin on the palate, but it is easy drinking so I am not so sure that is really a detractor. Overall, a solid, easy drinking beer that does a decent job representing the style, I just wish it had a bit more body and a more robust flavor profile.

Pours a dark golden color with a decent sized head. Very light aroma of wheat, clove, banana. Nice flavor, wish the aroma was stronger.

500ml bottle flip top from Archer Liquors. . Clove and citrus in the aroma. Citrus and banana in the flavor. Hint of butter and cream. Just a touch of yeast in the aftertaste. Very drinkable hefeweizen similar to the original only darker.

Swing top discovered at the local rip and run today. Nose of bannna is dominant thru murky light brown pour. A nice frothy head diminishes normally, then rings the glass. Body is light to medium. Wheat is half the body. Mouthfeel goes a bit watery during seclong half and stays that way. Not overwhelming ither way.

Pours caramel brown with a 3 finger foamy off white head that has good retention. Aroma is very sweet, lemon, a little wheat, yeast, and some toasted barley. Flavor is fruity, toasty and sweet up front, with a little straw coming in with sweet grain soon after. FInish is very clean and watery with a hint of sweet grain and toast linger. A really interesting take on the style, but could use more complexity body and yeasty flavors. Still not bad though.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a slightly unclear golden beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, fruit and wheat. The flavor almost follows the nose with malt fruits and esters. The palate is overcarbonated and a thin body. Just below average beer.
