Hazy copper-nut brown color, big creamy and cloudy head. Sweet banana fruity nose. Bitterish, even sour, wheaty flavor. Acidic with banana and toasted sugary notes. Watery mouthfeel, especially in the finish.

Dark golden, hazy with a nice head. The aroma has notes of banana and spice, but is not very strong. The flavour is a bit stronger, and has the same notes and a balanced sweetness. Not outstanding, but nice.

Dense head. Clove and citrus in the aroma. Citrus and banana in the flavor. Hint of butter and cream. Just a touch of yeast in the aftertaste. Very drinkable hefeweizen with just enough character.

a sim rate: Smells very sweet and fruity. Quite thick. Peach or maybe apricot in the aroma and flavour. Perfumey, almost artificial scent and bittery-sweet taste. Leaves a bit of candy flavour in the aftertaste.

Bottle. 50cl. Pours a dark muddy orange with a thin off white film head. Aroma is very sweet, flowers, banana, coriander. Well carbonated. Flavour is spicier than other hefes, a peppery edge to the general sweetness. Quite nice.

500ml bottle-pours a rich off white head that laces and amber/copper color. Aroma is banana, wheat-caramel, clove/spice. Taste is banana, wheat/light-medium malt-caramel, clove/spice. Nice, smooth/creamy mouth feel with mild effervescence. The individual rating components were higher than the total package/beer. Thanks jwc215 for picking this out.

50cl bottle: Pours a cloudy light copper bronze with a frothy, creamy, spotty-lacing white head. Authentic aroma of sweet malted wheat and banana fruity esters with a touch of clove spice and bready Bavarian yeast. Body starts with good fullness and carbonation with a decent sweet malted wheaty flavor throughout, balanced with drier clove spice and doughy yeastiness. Seems to have a touch more darker toasty caramel notes than a typical hefeweizen and could use maybe a little more sweetness, but still a pretty nice beer.
