Fruity, spicy aroma and flavor with notes of (you guessed it) clove, banana and pink bubblegum. Well-balanced. Medium-bodied and velvety with medium carbonation. Finishes crisp, spicy and refreshing. Although most German hefe’s taste and smell the same to me, I rather liked this one. Thanks go out to Paul for bringing this one back from his recent jaunt around Europe. Lightly sweet, lots of fruitiness (strawberry, banana, citrus) but generally not so terribly ideomatic. Quite yeasty, despite the dryness. Finish is nearly lemony. Medium bodied, finishes very spritzy. OK Weisse. Best on table at H-P. Brauereiausschank. ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark
