Bottle. A slightly hazy, yeast-cloudy golden-orange beer with a dense, beige head. Banana-fruity-sweet aroma with caramel and cloves in the back. Sweet, fruity flavor with banana and some citrus. Caramel and cloves too. A bit thin, sweet yet dry in the mouth. Cloves, banana and some pale malt and citrus in the finish. A pleasant weissbier, maybe deserving a higher rating. Good drinkability. 500ml from Binny-apostrophe-s in Orland Park, IL: This poured a cloudy light amber body with a tall foamy head and much lace. It had an aroma of fresh bananas, orange zest, and bubblegum. A touch of caramel and light clove spicing are added to the flavor. Refreshing brew.

Hazy dark golden to amber colored liquid. Lots of bubble activity. Taller head that settles to a couple fingers of off-white rolling meadow foam. Heavy yeast and wheat aromas. Some banana, starfruit and hint of cloves also in the nose. Strong wheat and caramel flavors in the front. Banana and light fruit in the middle Quite thick on the palate. Thick and chewy kind of weiss. The kind of weiss I would enjoy on a crisp fall day. Finish has a bite of cloves. Linger is long with sweet wheat and touch of grain. Solid ur-weiss.

Bottle from River’s Bend. Pours a hazy brown color with a large frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Good wheat, clove and banana aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium well balanced spicy flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable beer.

Bottled. Pretty dark for a hefeweizen, being a light brown colour. Has a slim off white head in addition. The aroma has banana and a little caramel or toffee. The taste has more of the same. Some bubblegum notes also. Pretty decent body.
