A strong wheaty nose, clove spice, peppery, a little sweet caramel, then the banana-like fruitiness as expected. dry wheaty taste, and a little sour. There is a spicy flavour of clove and pepper, the fruit element is only a background hint. Aromas of yeast, wheat, citrus, and apples? Taste is sweet with some tart flavors. Aftertaste is fruity and with some wheat. Overall very smooth and drinkable.
