Dec 9, 2008 This amber beer poured with a huge white head that took a while to subside. There is a pleasant yeast aroma and a slightly sweet malt flavor with some banana ester and a bitter hop finish.

Sep 25, 2008 500ml from Binny-apostrophe-s in Orland Park, IL: This poured a cloudy light amber body with a tall foamy head and much lace. It had an aroma of fresh bananas, orange zest, and bubblegum. A touch of caramel and light clove spicing are added to the flavor. Refreshing brew.

Apr 21, 2006 dark golden hazy weizzen. smells nice: citrussy, banana, vanilla, sweet peaches and yeasty. tastes citrussy, bit banana, caramelish, wheaty and sourrish. finishes fruity, wheaty and just a little bit bitter. thin silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. rather good hefe!

May 5, 2007 Bottle. 50cl. Pours a dark muddy orange with a thin off white film head. Aroma is very sweet, flowers, banana, coriander. Well carbonated. Flavour is spicier than other hefes, a peppery edge to the general sweetness. Quite nice.

Jun 18, 2008 50cl bottle. Pours goddamn lovely hazy orange with a creamy lasting white head & lacings. Aroma is wheat & sweet fruits - banana & orange. Taste is clove, yeast, wheat & orange. A bit on the sweet side but very enjoyable!

Sep 12, 2008 Pours a murky pinkish/brown with a lovely large creamy off-white foam on top. Rich malty aroma, lots of esters and spice. Despite the strong aroma/color this is actually a very light hefe. Some rich caramel malt, lots of fruit, banana, apple, strawberry, lightly nutty/brown sugar flavors. Slightly metallic finish with a bit of clove. The fruitiness of this hefe is really its unique point. Light body with medium, but finer fluffy, carbonation. Very close to banana’s foster.
