Bottled - Criterion Leicester. An old gold coloured beer with a pool of tan head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is sweet and malty and typical of the style. The taste is sweet and a little fruity with some apple flavours. No great shakes but acceptable.

Bottle from The Criterion, Leicester. Golden beer, with a fluffy white head. Mmm, quite a nice Oktoberfest beer. Sweet, almost perfumed flavour. A little rose, a little tiny bit of sweet citrus. Lovely through the back of the tongue and slightly stronger on the finish, with a smidge of burnt malt. A really tasty lagered product.

Bottle. Sweetish, dusty aroma. Dark golden colour. Big, stable white head. Grainy, hayish flavour. The alcohol is noticeable, more like a sensation than a flavour. The same goes for the aftertaste which leaves an anis feeling on the tongue.

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful, clear fully golden with a creamy, white head leaving a pretty lacework. Very malty aroma. Good, full body with a distinct pale malt character and a dry, light hoppy finish. Solid German quality. 231205

An orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also some perfumated notes mixes in. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel as well as some dusty hop notes, that gives it a dry slightly bitter end.

Bottled. Clear yellow coloured with a small fast disappearing head. Sweet aroma of malts and caramel with fruity notes. Flavour of malts, corn and caramel. Hoppy finish.

Bottle. Yellow colour with a small white head. Malty grainy aroma and a light sweet malty grassy taste. Medium body and a light sweet finish.
