Bottle. Strong banana, light ryebread aroma. Cloudy browm fine carbonation, massive cream head. Spice and rye entry, fermenting banana, a bit chocolate. Medium body, lightchewy, sparkly mouthfeel. Banana-split retronasal.

Dec 10, 2005 (bottle) Hazy amber colour with a huge but quickly collapsing off-white foamy head. Dusty and yeasty wheat-malty aroma, slightly toasted and tart with shy fruity (apricot, pear) notes. Slightly sweet and tart flavour, light to medium bodied, lively carbonated. Malty and light-fruity (pear, pine apple) taste, short but crispy and refreshing fruity, slightly clovy and light-bitter finish. Decent Dunkelweizen.
