Nov 8, 2007 Bottle. Pale golden, white foam. Light sugary nose with a few flowers. Straw sweetness, a few summerripe berries - herbal hop balance. Relatively light body, sparkly mouthfeel. Not world-shattering.

Jul 8, 2007 on tap at a restaurant in Furth im Wald. Was called Waldschmidt Helles, probably brewed by Hacklberg for Waldschmidt-Getränke Eschlkam. Golden yellow, large and persistent head. Well-balanced malty body with hoppy background. Dryer and hoppier towards the finish.
