Dec 2, 2005 Bottle (under the licence of MoritzF): Clear golden, thin, lasting foamy layer; malty/grainy, dusty and a bit alcoholic nose; sweetish (malty) flavour with a shy bitterness; medium bodied; sweet and malty finish with some bitterness coming through the backdoor, just a little bit metallic. A drinkable Helles, but not really tasty............

Nov 15, 2005 (bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Malts accented nose and taste with dense herbal hoppy notes, light hopbitter and malty finish. Unspectacular but drinkable brew.

Dec 1, 2002 Aroma towards the malty side. Pale golden in color - head retention could be better. Sweetish malty, hops are well hidden. medium body. All in all this is merily a bit stronger Helles, nothing really christmassy about it.
