I do like this one better than other malt liquors I have tried. Pours yellow with a white head that disappeared quickly. Aroma and flavor was all malt with very little hops. Also a hint of sweetness, almost like corn syrup. Like I said, not my favorite style. badinplaid (103), USA

Passed through a horse in final stages of brewing. ben1843 (6), Florida, USA does not count | 0.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Oct 4, 2005 Privae Stock is thin and flat. It has absolutly no taste and no charicter. You might as well use it to shower in because that is the only use for it. RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 1, 2005 Not bad, I suppose. Poured a deep gold color with a thin, white head that quickly disapates. Corny, malty aroma. Flavor is sweet malt with a touch of graininess and an alcohol aftertaste. Decent, and shoulders above your average macro, so not so bad. locarboy (115), USA

Had this one several time a while back while commuting between NewHaven and Greenwich, CT. It was over an hour ride. One time when the sober half met me at the train station she asked if I’d been drinking whiskey. There is an endorsement. Does it still have the serving suggestion on the side to drink it on the rocks? I tried that too. If you can get a half gallon down in an hour then you know it’s gotta be good. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 31, 2005 This beer has little head but an ok deep golden color and sufficient carbonation. Aroma is rather unpleasant, a toned down version of a corn malt based pale lager. Flavor has a good deal of grain malt with some tartness and just a touch of corn present. Alcohol is strong on the finish but not harsh. Not a great beer by any means but quite drinkable -- especially compared to the infamous pale lager category!
