decent beer, clear golden body with a thin head, almost pilsner like with saaz hops on the nose. Weak carbonation but drinkable.

So Toohey’s starts it all with "Extra Dry", then Hahn (not to be outdone) comes along with this "SuperDry" stuff, and now Toohey’s has come back with "Extra Dry PLATINUM" no less. All in the name of delivering as little flavour as possible in the beer! The whole idea is ridiculous. Well, they’ve succeeded here.

Light gold with a big foamy head. Standard weak Aussie lager aroma of hop pellets and vegitables. Like most "dry" beers, almost no flavour whatsoever. More like a club soda with food colouring. Also has an appalling advertising campaign. I didn’t have to payfor the non-event of drinking it. Bought for me by a well meaning and generous sister.

pale yellow straw colour with thick creamy white head. Sulphery aroma. Weak and wet and watery, A nothing beer, is more like soda.
