Mar 15, 2006 Best tasting Spruce beer I’ve ever had. Great recipe! Spruce was prominent, but not overwhelming. Very drinkable and refreshing. Wonderfully inviting orangish color and aroma.
Favorite brewery in Alaska.

Aug 11, 2004 From growler, Good nose, funky fruity, berries, strawberry & raspberry come to mind. Hazy reddish orange color. sweetbitter flavors. Citrusy. Thin body, Bitter finish, spruce showed up on finish. Tasty. Had this as part of a tour of the brewery.

May 19, 2004 An interesting beer. The spruce is immediately noticeable in aroma. I didn’t notice it in the taste at first, but more in the middle and the finish. Very drinkable.

Sep 10, 2003 Hazy copper body. Aroma is spruce, medium sweet. Taste is spruce pine, cherry, medium sweet. Mild, not much bitterness. Light/medium body. Solid beer, eminently drinkable.
