| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 25, 2004 Chill-hazed appearance with very little head. Amber colour and a rich caramel malt aroma. Flavour is also well balanced between malt and hops. Generous dose of Pacific Northwestern hops with pine and juniper aromas appearing. Nicely bitter finish and a well-crafted beer, although I’d be tempted to call this an APA rather than the normally non-descript amber. argo0 (6951), Washington DC, USA
