Draft @ Cafe Amsterdam - Hazy unfiltered rusty brown coloring, sort of has that rusty pipe water from the tap look. Has a lingering ring of foam, and a very tame maltiness on the nose, with a rosy fruitiness, and just a hint of pine and spruce tips. Although those flavors really make their presence known on the palate, in place of what would take the place of hop bitterness , blending with a mild Earthy maltiness, spruce tip bitterness and rose petals. Just a hint of diacetyl blends well into a lignering buttery finish. Decent but not something I could drink regularly.
