Draft. Hazy amber beer with a nice off-white head. Nig citrus/tropical fruit aroma thats almost Pliny-like. Sweet malt flavor with lots of fruity hops - citrus, apricot, tropical. Nice lingering hop finish. Full bodied. Very good.

22oz Bottle at Stone. Pours with a small, white head covering a chill hazed yellow body (a bit more cloudy with the yeast toward the end of the bottle). Amazing pine and grapefruit aroma with a bit of toffee. Taste is a nice balance of hops and malts that explodes into toffee flavors towards the finish. Creamy mouthfeel, good level of carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Attractive aroma of pineapple, malt and yeast. The flavor has the same pineapple, malt and yeast combo, it’s a very peculiar IIPA and I like it a lot. The body is light with a liquorous texture and medium carbonation.

Cloudy orange body with a small white head. Fruitiness level is above average for that type of beer. The pineapple and tangerine flavours mix well with the floral hops. Not very sweet. Very hoppy with medium bitterness. Alcohol presence felt a bit more than 7%. Plenty of creamy non-caramelized malt. A very nice beer. A testament to the incredible West-Coast beer scene is the fact that this Blue Dot is just another green dot on the West-Cost Hoppy-Beer radar.

Bottle from Lone Hill Liquors in Glendora, CA. This beer is a hazy yellow-orange color with a medium thick and fluffy eggshell white head. Rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is citrusy and piney hops with malt undertones. Medium body with piney hops at the forefront and notes of grapefruit and sweet malt. The finish is moderately bitter hops with a lingering bitterness. Good all around.

On tap at the Horse Brass Pub. Pours a hazy light orange with a nice white head that leaves minor lacing behind. Very crisp citrus hop aroma and taste. This was a big ol hop drink but balanced the hops out well with a good malty body, still the bitterness in the finish is nice and strong with a slight grapefruit finish and a crisp and dry finish. Update: the first time we had this on tap they claimed that it was cloudy because the keg got tipped over, but upon continued pints of this brew over a weeks time i think its just goin to be a cloudy brew.

Bomer. Pours an ever so slightly hazy copper with a towering, fluffy, bubbly white head--gorgeous. Big crisp notes of grapefruit and pine (welcome to the Northwest, right?). High side of medium body, with active, tingly carb (no carb is visible, but the tingle certainly is there). Sharply bitter, resiny palate, but with a clean, herbalish finish that lingers a bit. Not much missing from this one. Glad to call it #400.

Hazy orange. Great-looking fluffy head. Fresh-smelling nose (oranges and yeast). Lively carbonation; rather refreshing. Tasty caramel and crystal malt sweetness. Super spicy, with elements of sweet grass, spruce tips, citrus and pepper. Nice level of bitterness to boot. Great beer.
