Bottle. Hazy golden-cider pour with a soapy white head - great retention. Awesome aroma - hops, citrus, pears, sweet apples, simple syrup. Flavor is a bit of a let down but still not bad. Finish is decent. Above average.

Bottle. ( Thanks Marsiblursi ! ) Hazy orange with a thin white head. Fruity and malty with lots of citrus tones. Full body with a very nice bitter finish.

Thanks to Brian for this one. Very cloudy pale orange body with moderate fluffy white head. Citrus sweet aroma of grapefruit, flowery hops, and subtle brown sugar. Light lemony sweetness in the flavor, also a dry hoppy bitterness persists. Dry light body with a clean finish.

Pours hazy light orange with white head. Light citrus hop aroma overpowered by sweet maltiness. Flavor is a nice balance between bitter citrus hops and sweet malts. Medium body with low carbonation and a syrupy mouthfeel. Ver nice. Definately for those who like a sweeter, maltier DIPA.

As typical Hair of the Dog fashion goes, every style which is anticipated (by me at least) to be a killer West Coast hop bomb, ends up being a mellow fellow of a beer. Something fresh and fine with pine notes and citrus fruits. But wicked creamy in the mouthfeel. im expecting something firm and astringent, but it suprisngly ends up being way more chill then i thought.

Pours a slightly hazy dark gold, almost looks like a scotch whiskey, with a one-finger head that dissipated to a very thin film and left moderate lacing. Strong grassy hops aroma dominates, with the rye malt lurking in the background. Taste seems more piney than grassy, and the malt presence is stronger. Clean, crisp mouthfeel, and the bitter pine notes dominate the aftertaste.

Bottle, Fall 2008. Pours a slightly murky orange/brown with a small white head. Aroma of grassy and tons of tart grapefruit. Flavor just like biting into a fresh grapefruit with some light melon and a hint of citrus and orange zest. Light hop bitterness. Nice flavor profile and easy to drink. Yum!

Poured hazy orange amber, pineapple, caramel, piney and grassy hops, little honey.
