Pours a cloudy golden orange with a large foamy white head that sticks and laces nicely. Huge hops, grapefruit, rind, sweet malt, some floral. Absolutely delicious. Carbonation awesomely lively and the finish is hoppy but not dry or bitter. Drinkability is of the charts for a DIPA. Sessionable beer for sure. Not a monster like many DIPAs but very well done HOD. A must try.

Aug 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours golden with thick white head. Nice floral aroma of hops. Taste is citrus hops with medium mouthfeel. Seemed on the lighter side for a IIPA.

Aug 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours a deep golden with a thin wispy off-white head that clings to the glass. Piney soapy resinous hops aroma. Flavor is richly sweet, mixture of floral and piney hops with a nice bite. Not overly bitter, but a nice lingering bitterness. Full bodied.

Great double! Plently of fresh, raw hop flavor. Seemed like the hop combination might have been a little off. But a great beer non the less!!

Aug 17, 2008 22oz. bottle. Poured an orange/yellow color, white head. Very floral, smells fantastic. Nice hop flavor to it, not overwhelming, kind of sweet as well, very good. Nice finish as well, good beer.

Aug 17, 2008 Pours a cloudy orange with a thin white head. Nice hoppy aroma of citrus and grass. Good bitter flavor, heavy on the hops and very refreshing/easy to drink. This is a very good IPA.
