On tap at HOTD sale in Portland--light, clouded copper-amber body with no head. Nose of chewy, squash and some subtle sugars. Spicy, malty, and interesting, though not that great. Might pair up good. I need to revisit this brew.

Draft from beer dinner at Collins Pub. Very vegetal with spiced malt. A little alcohol burn. Smooth and interesting. Enjoyable. Served with a squash soup that was a wonderful, if not obvious, pairing.

Hand bottles at both SD Strong Ale Fest and Madness at the Moose. Poured a lightly hazed golden copper color with an off-white head. The aroma was sweet and malty. Almost a candy like quality to it. Oddly some alcohol. The flavor was malty with a hint of spice. The body was fuller than expected for such a low alc beer. Medium bodied.

Poured light hazy amber with a small head. Veggie aroma. Taste is slightly spiced, with a mixed veggie undertone of squash and slight sweet citrus. Surprisingly not bad. This one surely opens the door to the no-hop creativity. Very glad to try this.

Yobdoog shared this at YEHA. lightly hazy orange in color with a light ring of bubbles around the glass. Aroma was caramel as well as weird vegetable, obviously from the squash. Taste is smooth pale malts with some squash. Interesting beer. Thanks Trevor, wanted to try this one for a long time.
