Bottle Have had this 2 times in the last 2 weeks. This beer is very nice and will get even better with age. Pours out a very dark brown topped with a tiny ring head. Aroma of sweet malts, smoke and some pit fruit. Tast was smoke, pit fruit, rich malts. A lot of stuff going on hear.

Bottle thanks to americanbrew. The look is dark brown in color with not too much head. The smell is malts, alcohol, fruits, smoke, roasty, my mother in law’s apple bacon breakfast cassarole. Awesome smell. The taste is sweet, very good, alcohol, malts, fruits, apple, and smoke.

Bottle from mj and buckeyeboy, thanks guys! Poured almost black with no head. Apple, tart and slightly burnt aroma. Flavor is sweet, a bit yeasty, soy, more green apple with some smoke background. Lucious palate, really coats everything. Very unique beer that I think will be sublime with some age on it.

12 oz bottle big thanks to BrewDad, you are the man! What a treat. Pours a dark brown-near black color with a tiny almost non-existent head even with a vigorous pour. The aroma; well where do I start? Sweet tart apples, alcohol, sweet Belgian candies, rich malts, chocolate. A ton here. The flavor is initially lots of rich chocolates, tons of sugary sweets, apple brandy or some other sweet alcohol, super complex. Interesting and very nice. Complex as hell. Rating number 1200.

Bottle shared by ygtbsm94 at pre-DLD at Flossmoor. Medium to thick mouthfeel with a sticky body. No head, and little carbonation. The taste was fairly sweet with some caramel and chocolate notes.
