| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 31, 2007 Bottle, kulminator not sure of batch. Notes say: Floural, hint of citrus, corriander an other spices. Pine, macadania nuts, all spice(slight), notably hoppy for a triple. | 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 27, 2007 This amber ale poured with a modest off-white head that quickly disappeared. The flavor is floral and earthy, but quite flat, with a peppery finish. I could detect a hint of candy sugar, but this brew bears no resemblance to Orval, for example. A relatively weak effort from an outstanding brewer. ChristianScheffel (4529), Odense, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 27, 2007 Copper beer with a small, lasting white head and constant bubbles. Unique aroma that is hard to describe. Flowers, pepper, citrus, barbeque sauce, earth and ummm... pickled beetroot? Dry flavour with a hint of acid. Not much in common with a regular tripel, but it’s a fun beer to try. Skyview (4055), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 24, 2007 Shared by brewfiend and made a good compliment to Johnsonville bratwursts. Pours a cloudy amber brew with a thin layer of white head. Very carbonated. Aroma of pitted fruit, yeast, some earthy character and a touch of citrus. Taste is medium body, hops in the beginning and throughout. Finish has some pepper, semi sweet and a little honey aftertaste. JJClark (545), Roscoe, Illinois, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 22, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy orangish golden color with a medium size white head. Aroma of flowers, fruit, yeast and spices. Taste is exceptionally smooth, dry and semi sweet. Finishes with a slight bitterness but stays silky smooth. Stefano (1334), Esbjerg, Denmark
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 20, 2007 Cloudy gold with not much head. Aroma of licorice sweet malt. Flavor is quite alcoholic. Big yeast notes of course but some big alcohol from only a 7.5% beer. Big disappointing.

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | May 18, 2007 Bottle. Pours an orange red with a hazy glow. Head is practically non-existent. Aroma is vinious and berry-like fruity. Flavour has a definite dryness and a cardboard-like feel, mixing with the viniousness and the berries. Really not a nice brew... The cardboard flavour pervades most of the experience.
