Jul 19, 2006 Batch 40. Cloudy amber w/ thin ring of light tan foam. Yeasty , fruity, spicy (cloves) aroma w/ malt accents (cookie dough, caramel). Thick, juicy feel. Flavour is sweet, malty & yeasty w/ a mildly acidic edge. Finish is dry & warm.

Jul 6, 2006 pours clear golden with a white head that lasts forever. nice caramel toffee aroma. flavor sweet malty caramel toffee. medium body sparkling carbonation. finish is long sweet and slightly spicy. fairly straightforward but a very tasty beer. loved this one.

Jul 2, 2006 Thanks to Brewblackhole for the sample! Cloudy amber color. Smell of prunes, nuts and alcohol. Tastes very sour, like it was a bad apple in the bunch. I can taste friut, vinergar and very tart. Not that great of a beer.
