Aug 1, 2005 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Orangey golden and hazy with a fine and bubbly head. Pronounced yeasty nose. Flavours also of yeast and malt with a short, dry bitterness. Pronounced alcohol feel. OK, if not exactly a great Tripel. 240705

Jul 1, 2007 RBSG07. From 3 L bottle (Golden Rose). Pours brown with no head. Aroma is dry raisins, strong. Flavour is strongly dominated by dried fruit. Heavy roasted malt profile adding into a slightly too heavy palate, a little less would have been better but well brewed.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is osft.

Sep 14, 2008 Bottle, 7.5%. Papery, moldy, berrylike aroma. Clear dark amber colour. The flavour starts off with berry, turns to some liquorice root, and then fruity hard berries.Ä If this is a tripel, my arse is a banjo.

Jan 24, 2006 Bottled, batch 37. Hazy orange colour with mediumsized head. Fruits, alcohol and yeast in aroma. Also some peachy hints. Glavour is sweet fruity with hints of peaches, strong alcoholic sting. Quite dry and hoppy aftertaste.
