Sure as hell looks and tastes like one. Orangish-amber with a nice white head. Aroma is fairly hoppy (C-hops), taste is malt, light fruits, and hops on the finish. Well-balanced, smooth mouthfeel. Good as a "hair of the dog that bit you" beer the morning after. DuffMan (2763), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, Canada

Fresh sweet berry and melon aroma and flavour accent the sweet caramel malts. Mild bitterness, light and refreshing. yespr (12175), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Yeasty, mild spiced and hoppy. Somewhat cheeesy too. Sweet caramel malty and slight yeasty flavoured. Phenolic and medium dry finish with a lasting herbal impression. ndubs360 (114), portland, Oregon, USA

Tastes of hops and a very large grapefruit presence. One of my favorite HOTD brews. light, refreshing, and full flavored. blklab2007 (964), Connecticut, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 27, 2009 bottle poured into a shaker has a golden color and a thin white head. aroma has sweet pale malt, caramel, light yeasty flowers, and some light hops. mouth feel is light and the carbonation is low. flavor comes off stronger than the nose with citrus hops, spicy yeast, medium sweetness, and bitterness. the yeast and hops combination lend a nice pepper and the finish has grains and bitterness. the flavors are certainly not ho-hum as many are in this style. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 25, 2009 Pours a clear medium gold with a fine, medium, white head. Sweet, spicy, and herbaceous hops notes the meld together with crisp, toasty and nutty grain aromas for an overall light, earthy aromatic profile which is quite nice. Light, very crisp body with some really good grain notes and a soft, fruity fermentation profile that add additional interest here, This is a very easygoing, refreshing, and interesting take on this ubiquitous, often ordinary style. thewolf (5764), Kolding, Denmark

Pours hazy golden with a large, creamy, white head. Fine duration. Aroma has a lot of yeast with some fruity hops, some spices as well. Not entirely pleasant. Lowish carbonation, good mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit sweet, grainy malts, fine spicy hops and good dryness. There is just too much yeast character.
