Pours a clear medium gold with a fine, medium, white head. Sweet, spicy, and herbaceous hops notes the meld together with crisp, toasty and nutty grain aromas for an overall light, earthy aromatic profile which is quite nice. Light, very crisp body with some really good grain notes and a soft, fruity fermentation profile that add additional interest here, This is a very easygoing, refreshing, and interesting take on this ubiquitous, often ordinary style.

Bottle, bought @ Vinens Verden, Odense.
Pours hazy golden with a large, creamy, white head. Fine duration. Aroma has a lot of yeast with some fruity hops, some spices as well. Not entirely pleasant. Lowish carbonation, good mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit sweet, grainy malts, fine spicy hops and good dryness. There is just too much yeast character.

Golden in color with a decent white head. Aroma is hoppy with the smell of freshly cut grass. Flavor is moderately hoppy with some grassy flavors.

Pours a hazy apricot color from the bottle. Explodes with foam, which seems typical of HOTD beers from my experience. Settles with plenty of off-white lacing. Smells and tastes like a hybrid tripel and hefeweizen. Very odd. Rose water, citrus zest, overripe red apples, yeast, and cinnamon. Finishes with a note of rubbing alcohol, which is odd for such a low ABV. Unbalanced.

Tastes fine but boring and nothing special. Flat, slightly sweet malt, subdued hops.

355 ml bottle, shared with Beer2000, gunnfryd and yngwie. Golden color, big white head. Aroma is fruity hops, hints of citrus and yeast. Flavor is fruity (peach?), with some malt and moderate hops. Nice beer with fine carbonation and a fine bitterdry finish.

Hazy dark straw color with a big white head. Leaves chunky lacing. Lightly tart aroma with apple and lemon. A touch of spices and grains. Flavor is light and subtle, with a refreshing citric acidity and some earthy hops. Effervescent and light bodied. Extremely drinkable.

Bottle. Very low creamy but lasting white head. Hazy amber body. Lovely lemon grapefruit nut caramel aroma. Very dry and hoppy flavor with grassy notes and a long bitter aftertaste. Low carbonation. Impressive for such a relatively low alcohol beer.
