May 25, 2008 A very fruity blonde ale with notes of rasberries, blood orange and a bit of champagne. Scents of hops all over with a citrusy ending and then some more hops with honey.. Very complex and refreshing at the same time.. Intresting.

May 22, 2008 Updated: Oct 27, 2008Bottle from beastiefan2k. Thanks! Pours a hazy orange gold color with a very large craggy head. Aroma of spice, funk, caramel and pear. The taste is very dry with citrus notes. Almost like a champagne in character. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel.

May 20, 2008 Golden color with a pillowy white head and some yeasties. Aroma has some smooth citrus hops and light-sweet malts. Flavor dominated by citrusy hops and smooth, grainy malts. Nice for the style, though not intense enough (IMHO) for the brewer’s style.

May 13, 2008 A nice little beer with lunch. Pours with a small, rocky, white head covering a hazy golden body with decent lacing from the head. Aroma is sharply of fruits (raspberries) and some chardonnay grapes. Taste is floral hops out front, with some wheat or earthy elements towards the finish. Smooth-watery mouthfeel.

May 9, 2008 12 oz bottle purchased at PP bottle shop. Inviting aroma of apple, mild hops, and a very distinctive pineapple smell. yum. Flavor is clean as can be, touching a dry, herbal bitterness in the finish. This beer is just great...the epitome of the perfect session beer. Mellow but assertive in flavor...just a great brew

May 8, 2008 Bottle from the Pizza Port Bottle Shop. Straw yellow color with minimal white head. Floral aroma of hops, honey, some white grape and lemon peel. Sweet notes of coriander and orange above the dry pale malt base. Finishes surprisingly bitter and balanced. Crisp and clean on the palate, very very drinkable. Reminds me of Victory Prima Pils with a more robust hop profile.

May 7, 2008 Pours very hazy golden orange with a silky white head. Strong ripe green apple yeasty aroma, very belgian. Flavor is modest of tart green apples, quite herbal, and yeast. Light fluffy but very crisp palate. Has some chalkiness and juiciness. A nice Belgian clone.
