Pours a hazy golden with a thin white head that has nice retention and laces nicely... Aroma is fairly hoppy in the citrus vein but overall not very pungent... Flavor profile does not follow suit, while some citrus is present i got a lot more grassy noble hop flavors with a touch of malt sweetness... The finish makes the beer, lingering dry bitter finish, ideal mouthfeel for the style abv combo... Very nice interpretation... Complex, nice beer...

Bottle. Hazy straw yellow color with minimal carbonation and good hop and light fruity aroma. Flavor is plenty of malt, pepper and finished with a little lemon. Not bad, but not one I would go searching out again.

Pale Ale? Like everything that HoD does, this is a big, complex version or re-imagining. Very nice flavor but still pretty heavy. A sipping pale ale.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden, small tan head. Aroma is malt, some touches of hops and grapefruit, hiding in the background is a touch of yeast. Sweet malt, hops and yeast are the flavor profile. Dry and bitter finish.

The bottle looks really good, like all the Hair of the Dog bottles. Turbid orange in the glass, creamy head. Starts very hoppy, intense lemon notes, also a bit apricot. Grasy yeasty in the middle, finish quite sourish, still very hoppy. Really good!

bottle, pours hazy gold, medium white head. Citrus hop aroma with a light malt and orange peel flavor ending with a peppery hop note that lingers. This is good.

Decent Pale. Nothing significant that would draw me back to purchasing more.

Draught at the brewery. Thanks, Alan. Creamy and clean pale ale; Amarillo hops. Really flavorful and easy to drink. Certainly not as mind-blowing as their other beers, but a very flavorful and sessionable PA that will hold its own with any out there. I want a chance to have a few pints.
