12 oz Bottle-Trade w/after4ever. Pours a cloudy orange/yellow color w/a moderate foamy head. Had some sediment on the bottom of the bottle-a little of which made it’s way into the glass but in no way detracted from the quality of this beer. Reminded me of a Belgium or even a Whitber. Crisp, clean, fresh, flavor w/a touch of citrus & wheat. Very nice, very enjoyable. Could definately sit down & put a few of these away. Thanks Tom!!!

Bottle. Cloudy yellow/orange absolutely teeming with floaties. Sediment stuck to the bottom of the bottle. Probably should have carefully decanted instead of dumping it into my pint. Oh well. Aroma of biscuity malt, honey, apple, pear, lemon and some soapy yeast. Butter cookie malt flavor with lemony/ herbal hops, and overall a light appley fruity flavor. Medium palate with some tiny carbonation. Pretty tasty.

12 oz bottle. Mostly clear straw with a wisp of white head. Floaties remain. Sour lemon, some Belgian funk and Pine-Sol. Dry lemon candy passes through honeydew with a peppery, crabapple finish. Stinging carb, almost medium. Guess this is not my favorite style.

Courtesy of a fine Mystery Beer Swap participant. The aroma has a slightly tangy rotten fruit/vegetable aroma with some off sour chemical notes. The body is pale lager gold with a two finger thick mostly lasting and quite creamy looking head. Beautiful lacing hangs on the inside of the glass like drifts of snow. Chalky, sour and infected tasting fore tastes very much like chomping an aspirin to fine powder with your teeth. The beer finishes with a sour overripe fruit note and that caustic aspirin powder flavor.

Maybe Zeswaft and I got the same batch of spoiled Ruth, bought mine in philly too. This beer is definitely...faulty. Nice tones of herbs and pears helped this sour vinegar concoction become almost drinkable. I would liken the taste to a sour apple warhead candy coated in cheap perfume. Bad bottle? Bad beer? I’ll have to try another, but high price may put that off for some time.

Light, fresh bread aroma, hops when cool. Floral and yeasty and very fresh smelling. Cloudy gold pour with a nice head. Light and refreshing taste, well balanced and quaffable, with a rye-like finish. Very very good!

I think this bottle might be infected because this is one fowl ass bitch. Tons of yeast. Aroma is fine. Wheaty and a little sour. When you first sip this it’s monsterously sour but that fades and there is a lot of malty sweetness. I have one more HoD to drink before I totally give up and classify this as the most overrated brewery ever. worse than dogfish head....(five minutes later) drain pour.

Pours murky pale golden with thick white head. Pleasant aroma of earthy green apples, hay, barnyard and dough. It has a very lively mouthfeel. The flavor is crisp and somewhat light. Has a slight tart bouquet of funky pears, almost herbal like character, a licorice like palate, a touch of yeast and a smooth late bitterness. Balanced & clean. It’s light but still a nice brew.
