I first thought this bottle was off, but upon reading other ratings I belive it was not. This was way overly sour. To the point where almost no other taste could be found. Small maltiness and apples. Hardly any hops at all. I did not drink up my half of the bottle...

Pours hazy, cloudy marigold orange/amber with yeast and slight lacing white head. Aroma is potato, sweet grass, pear. Flavor is earthy, yeast, must, citrus sweet, pear, apple. Smooth somewhat clingy palate.

Pours a hazy golden amber with a large bubbly white head. A bunch of floaties at the end of the pour. Aroma of apple juice and an overall sweetness. Flavor was hard to pinpoint. Maybe a bit yeasty.

Bottle. Big yellow/golden pour with a don’t quite white head. Yeasty and citrus aroma. Very carbonated. Sour flavors with some hops. Reminds me of a saison or wit. Dry finish. Nice refreshing brew, especially on a hot a summer day.

Thanks a lot for a bottle, Dansting. The body was cloudy gold. The aroma was sweet cherries with some plums and cake frosting. Sweet. The taste was dry pears with vinous character. There was also some apple core. An interesting beer as much as anything. This tastes much drier than the aroma would indicate.

Thanks to Dansting for the bottle. 4-5 of us spilt a pair of 12oz bottles at the KC holiday tasting. Gold color, 1/2 " head. Yeasty, lemon/citrus, and tart aroma. Taste is tart, yeasty, and lemony. Mouthfeel is somewhat rich.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with gobs of carbonation. Oddly enough all the CO2 only formed the slightest snowy head. Aromas of yeast, mint, and table sugar. Very delicate with flavors of candy sugar and white pepper. Light body with a quick finish. Easy drinking, but uninspireing.
