Nov 12, 2007 Tap at Cheers. Cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is fairly fruity, oranges, some yeast, malts, spices. Flavor is proper for a wit, but a little restrained. Smooth body with a small finishing bite. Pretty good, but nothing spectacular.

Nov 12, 2007 On tap @ Popeyes w/ TimE: A slightly hazy straw color with a ring of fine white bubbles for a head. Mild cloves, strong banana scent. Sweet with plenty of tropical fruit, not bad indeed!

Nov 10, 2007 Hazy golden color. Very soapy nose, not as much orange or coriander as expected or other spices. Mouth is light and refreshing and its where I find some oranges. Still lacking the spice I want in this type of beer. Refreshing finish. Restrained (Is this really Hakusekiakan?), but far from bad.
