Jan 17, 2008 Found this tall thin 200ml blue bottle in the local Family Mart, a new one for me!
Clear and colorless, not much as far as legs go (it’s not a Junmai). This is made with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice so it has an earthy yet peppery flavor. As with most Hakutsuru products, this is good but still not on par with the hand crafted Ji-zake. But in their defense, they always turn out consistently above average sake.
