Clear with a nose of alcohol and Cedar. Sadly, that’s about it for the flavor too, I actualy like some Cedar flavor as in Hitachino Japanese Classic Ale and Kiku-Masamune Taru Sake but this just lacked something. Imwas really hoping that I’d found a gem but just a so-so sake masked with Cedar. But it is an interesting style and has a nice bottle.
