Commercial Description:
Bold enough to accompany any Bratwurst and Potato Salad, it’s an authentic German classic. This is a reddish-brown to copper colored medium body ale. Its malt aroma together with the imported German hops, present a clean and crisp flavor. (Mal’s favorite)

Caramel malt and slightly phenolic lager aroma. Ruddy chestnut brown with off-white head. Nutty, a little vegetable, moderately hopped and dry. Good medium body with a long bitter finish. Did well with their roast beef sandwich.
