5oz Taster - Hales Ales Brewery - Seattle, WA
Aroma – Strong bitter aroma from the hops. Nice malt backing.
Appearance – Amber in color, Nice creamy head and clear.
Flavor – Smooth bitter ale. Light grain build this beer was smooth from the N2 pour.
Palate – Smooth Mouthfeel, creamy texture with a dry finish.
Overall – One of the smoothest beers I have ever had. Served room temp traditional English serving temp. This was a bitter ale with no end. Nice stuff.

One of the ’nitro’ drafts from the brewpub in Northern Seattle suburb of Fremont, this creamy citrusy bitter is very addictive and perfectly made. It’s a ’must try’ when you’re out there.

On nitro. Pours dark orange with a creamy head. Aroma is some citrus hops, like a mild ipa. Flavor is subtle citrus hops with some toasted malt. Very smooth on the palate with a dry hoppy finish. Very enjoyable!

on nitro-pours a retaining creamy tan head with lots of lacing and copper/amber color. Aroma is mild citrus hops-faint medium malt. Taste is mild medium malt-caramel, faint citrus/flat hops, creamy. Mild/minimum carbonation.

Yes, Yes and Yes. Get it fresh and sit back and relax. The world is a better place because of this ale and the nitro pour. A cascading pint of quality ale on the table in front of you has the ability to make all the problems of the world disappear in a cloud of bubbles!!!!! Book a flight, grab a taxi and get your tail to Hales in Frelard for a pint of this signature ale.
