Oct 5, 2008 Bottle, shared by plovmand. A clear, dark golden beer, quite flat, with some beige bubbles for a head. Sweetish nose with caramel and a little fruityness. Caramel, sugar and some fruityness in the flavor, finishing caramel-sweet. Medium body, quite sticky. A decent beer, but boring, and it could use some more hops. (080823)

Sep 27, 2008 Draught, EBF 08. Appearance is reddy with a thin off-white head. Nose smells of peas and alcohol. Mouth is initially warm, then slightly brackish. Quite meaty, stock. Solid malty end, which is encouraging.

Sep 26, 2008 Draught@EBF2008. Reddish amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, earth and some malts. Flavour is fruits, hops and rather refreshing. Also some caramel and mild herbal notes.
