Bottle shared at Ølbaren. Pours a hzay orange with an off-white head. Sweet with fruity aromas. Some sweet grapes and abricots. Hints of residual sugars. Medium to full bodied. High carboantion. Dry and sweet finish.

Dec 22, 2009 Bottle, 6.4%. Roasted aroma, a bit of ashtray. Hazy light amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is mildly sweet, only a faint hint of spice. Has a little pointy, green hoppiness, a bit piney, but not as pleasant as some American piney hops. Good mouthfeel, ryeish.

Dec 22, 2009 50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small tan head. Aroma is caramelish and light spiced. Smooth malty, light phenolic and spiced flavoured. Crisp caramelish and vague cinnamon to cardemomme spiced as the beer warms up. Smooth malty and light spiced finish.

Dec 9, 2009 Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Light malty and moderate spicey aroma. Moderate sweet and bitter flavor.Very christmas spicey. Cinnamon and kandis notes. Average finish. Oily palate and a little fizzy.

Nov 24, 2009 Taste better than it looks. A very light Christmas beer, at least in apperance. Better than last years X-mas beer from this brewery. Beer tasted from cask and from bottle and not the big difference. Tasted on 21st at the brewery.

Nov 16, 2009 It’s unclear, hazy bronze with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, spice (mostly coriander) and sweet malts. The flavor is sweet and spicy with notes of coriander yeast, malt, fruit/citrus (mostly oranges). The finish is yeasty.

Nov 12, 2009 Bottle at ØLbaren - ØJ-dag - thanks Peter. Cloudy amber - no head. Sweetness, smooth body, fruity, caramel, grainy, toasted, spicy, abricot, light hoppy, light yeasty notes. Nice.
