30 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours hazy dark orange with yeast sediments, shor lived and white head. Aroma is mild fruity, light acidic, phenolic and yeasty. Mild fruity, vague metallic and yeasty flavoured. Light caramelish note. Bitter and slight acidic flavoured into the finish. Lasting fruity phenolic note.

Bottle 30 cl 09-2010. Strange colour with a bit of yeasty smell. Don’t smell a lot of hops or malts. The taste is full of carbondioxide, and it is impossible to taste anything. Not much of a finish (full of water). Quite original though, i love arjoseph’d comment that it’s a copy of orval. Indeed this is also strange and new, but this isnt tasty imo.

Bottle 30cl. Pours a clear golden/orange colour with a small, not lasting head and good carbonation. Yeasty fruity scent, a bit vague but very nicely balanced nonetheless. Taste is a bit empty, fruity, sure, but not much else there.

Bottle at Arendsnest. Kudos to Halve Maan for the very cool Martini glas this was served in. Red amber body with thinnish head. Toasty nose. Very prickly mouthfeel that made it hard to rate. Taste of corn, hops and yeast. I found the taste a bit flat-wanting. But different beer for sure.

Bottle 30cl @ home.
Unclear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light yeasty, toffee, some honey notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Bitternes is shell bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (040608)
