From cask at Doctor. Pours clear and golden deep orange to hazzlenut brown with a fully gone head. Mild roasted malty aroma with a mild bitterness coming through. Solid bitter flavoured to a mild spiced malt base. Light roasted. Dry and bitter finish.

A Sim rate (cask at the Junction): Sweet, hoppy, and woody with definite diacetyl in the aroma. Hoppy and malty flavour with a bitter finish. Butter. Cream. It’s ok, but it’s not great.
